Refund & Subscription Policy

At Pin Pilot, we aim to make your experience smooth and transparent. This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
Subscriptions
• Pin Pilot is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually).
• When you sign up, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Free Trials
• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends.
Cancellations
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• When you cancel, you will retain access to Pin Pilot until the end of your current billing period.
• No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
Refunds
• Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable. Once a month has started, we cannot issue partial refunds.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues or billing errors.
Changes to Pricing
• We may update subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance before any price changes take effect.
• Continued use of Pin Pilot after the effective date of the new pricing means you accept the updated subscription rate.
